22nd March 2025
Technorama came to you! Our first Roadshow for 2025 was hosted in the vibrant city of Bendigo, Victoria. This was your chance to connect with industry professionals, explore the latest technologies, and gain valuable insights in the community media technology space.
The Technorama team thanks each and everyone who were able to attend either some or all of the functions during TR25 Road – Bendigo, and what a day it was. We had a great time. We thought it went really well, and we were really happy with how everything balanced out. Now it’s your turn to comment, and provide your input as part of our event reporting.
Can you take a few minutes to fill in the very short survey? That is really important to us, and it will help us do even better in Perth and Toowoomba. Plus you get to test MembershipWorks newly-created survey function.
Did you miss out?
If you missed it you can see some of the highlights here…

POST DAY - SUNDAY 23 March 2025 - OPTIONAL
🔹 Sunday: There are five community stations in Bendigo. Three stations have generously offered to host us, and there’s never been a studio from which you won’t learn something new or interesting. Or both.
Our day will look like this (start times indicative, and shown so you know when to arrive if you don’t partake in the whole tour):
0945 pickup in front of reception at All Seasons for those who don’t want to drive (or don’t have a car). John’s big black vehicle (at least) will leave at 0950 sharp.
1000 First stop at Phoenix FM studios: 128 Reservoir Rd, Strathdale.
1200 making a star appearance at Bunnings Kangaroo Flat (263 High Street) is the KLFM team. The special post-conference meal of sausage sanga and canned drinks at whatever measly price Bunnings mandates this week IS NOT included in your TR25 attendance fee. But you know your spend is going to a great cause – plus you get to buy some hardware if the mood takes you. PS: Wave at Durra Panel as you drive past… twice!
1300 KLFM studios: Coach Street Golden Square. Even without a street number, you can’t miss it.
1500 Life FM studios: 137 Marong Road, Golden Square.
1600 At leisure in Bendigo. Until it gets dark, take in some of the sights of Bendigo from the gardens to the CBD. Bid farewell to old and new friends, and book your ticket to Perth so that you can get a bit more of the event that is TR25-Road.
